Purchases go through Apple

App Store purchases follow the Apple Media Services Terms and the merchant identified at checkout. For an Apple-billed purchase, use Apple’s refund and purchase support. Manage renewals using Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions. Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and exercising a statutory right of withdrawal are separate actions. Mandatory rights against the app provider remain unaffected.

As a rule there is no right of withdrawal towards us

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally apply to consumers under section 13 BGB, rather than business purchases under section 14 BGB. The app’s intended professional audience does not remove a right that applies to your actual contract. No purchase or subscription contract is concluded on this website; requesting access opens your email application.

The instruction below applies in the alternative, for the case that a contract is nevertheless concluded between us and a consumer to which the statutory right of withdrawal applies: for instance a service exceptionally agreed directly with us outside the Mac App Store. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us

Sonventory, owner: Tibor Czekay
c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Germany
Email: info@tiborczekay.com

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For that repayment we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fee for the repayment.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract on the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires under section 356(6) BGB once we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that by giving that consent you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract including that fact.

For service contracts the right of withdrawal expires under section 356(5) BGB once we have fully performed the service and began performing it after you expressly consented and acknowledged that the right would expire upon full performance. For an off-premises contract, that consent must also be provided on a durable medium where required by law.
